Overview

The DWPT series silicon core pressure sensor used in the DW801 pressure transmitter is a high stability silicon piezoresistive pressure measuring element with isolation. The pressure sensitive chip uses an ultra stable silicon piezoresistive chip. The oil filled OEM pressure sensitive element, isolated by a corrugated diaphragm, is assembled into a stainless steel housing. The parts in contact with the medium are all made of stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. The sensor has undergone temperature compensation across the entire temperature range, ensuring technical indicators such as zero point, sensitivity, linearity, and stability are maintained over a wide temperature range. The measured pressure is transmitted to the pressure sensitive chip through the isolation diaphragm and internal medium, achieving precise conversion from pressure to electrical signal. Sensitive components can be filled with silicone oil or fluorine oil, which is more suitable for measuring medium pressure in oxygen rich environments.
